Technovids runs private company programmes in generative AI tools, prompt engineering, data analytics, AI engineering and cloud. Each is planned around the team’s roles and goals. Individuals can also join separate live online public batches, such as AI Engineering and AI Programming with Python; company terms do not automatically apply to these.

Yes. Business programmes such as AI for Business Professionals suit non-technical people and need no coding. Developer and data-engineering tracks have their own prerequisites and labs. Tell us your team’s roles and experience, so we can pick the right starting level.

Duration depends on the programme. The standard AI for Business Professionals workshop is one day or two half-days; AI-Enhanced Data Analytics is 14 hours over two days. Private Production AI Engineering is 40 hours, for example five eight-hour days or ten four-hour sessions. The public AI Engineering course is 48 live hours over 12 weekends, in batches of 6 learners. Agree any customised timetable before booking.

Yes. Private training can use agreed industry examples, tools and tasks. Early conversations should establish who is attending, the business task, data limits and what people should produce. For example, a reporting team and an app-development team need different exercises, even when both are learning generative AI.

Depending on the programme, topics can include ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Power BI and relevant AWS, Azure or Google Cloud services. The syllabus specifies which tools are used. Confirm licences, access permissions and any usage charges before the session.

Both, through separate tracks. Business programmes cover prompting, everyday work and adopting AI safely. Engineering programmes cover APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, controlled agents, testing and deployment. Choose the track by the work people need to do, not just by the tool’s name.

Confirm the current syllabus and tools when we plan. Product screens, available models and licences change, so exercises should match the setup your people will really use. A particular model release or feature is not included in every programme by default.

Private company training is priced for the programme you agree. The price depends on length, number of people, format, customisation, assessment and lab needs. Public batches have their own enrolment terms. Do not assume every group size costs the same.

Request a current quote for the chosen programme rather than relying on old indicative ranges. Include the topic, participant count, city or online format, duration and customisation needs. Ask the proposal to separate professional fees, taxes, travel, licences and optional lab costs. The pricing guide explains the variables to compare.

The right group size depends on the course, how practice is run and how many people the trainer can support. AI for Business Professionals and AI-Enhanced Data Analytics recommend 15–25 people for hands-on practice; that is not a minimum for every course. Smaller teams can ask about a private programme or join a public batch when one is available.

Ask for a combined proposal if you need multiple programmes, locations or cohorts. Commercial terms depend on the scope and schedule; a participant threshold does not automatically create a discount. Compare the total delivery and support scope rather than a discount percentage alone.

Share the dates you prefer early. Trainer availability, custom content, purchasing steps and lab preparation all affect how soon we can start. Dates are confirmed for each programme; do not assume a fixed seven-day turnaround or a guaranteed fast start.

Payment stages, invoicing, taxes and any credit terms are confirmed in the written offer. Check them before you accept a booking. Company purchasing arrangements and payments for individuals in public batches may differ.

Check the cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms attached to your booking before paying. The applicable programme or engagement terms govern notice periods and charges. Contact the team with your booking details if a change is needed; do not assume a universal free-rescheduling period.

Yes, onsite private corporate training can be arranged at the client’s workplace. Participants arrange their own laptops. Confirm connectivity, room facilities, software permissions and any projector or AV needs during scoping. Setup guidance and lab instructions are provided as applicable; a sandbox or VM can be arranged on demand at separate charges.

Yes. Public cohorts are live online through Zoom, with learning resources on the Technovids LMS. Private corporate programmes can also be delivered live online as agreed. Confirm platform, session length, participant count, lab access and interaction arrangements for that delivery.

For a private corporate engagement, discuss whether a mixed in-room and remote setup is suitable for the exercises and trainer. Confirm audio, screen sharing and participant support before booking. This is separate from public cohorts, which are live online rather than classroom or hybrid attendance at the head office.

Technovids is based in Bengaluru and takes company training enquiries from across India, including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Delhi NCR. The proposal confirms whether we can train onsite at your location, the travel arrangements and any travel charges.

A typical workshop mixes explanation, demos, guided practice, breaks and a review of work people can use. The exact timings and balance depend on the programme. Agree the agenda, preparation and what people will produce beforehand, rather than assuming every workshop follows the same timetable or amount of lab time.

Yes. Live-online delivery can support distributed teams. Share participant time zones and work schedules so sessions, exercises and any pre-work can be planned. Recording and support arrangements depend on whether this is a public cohort or a private engagement.

Public batches include a Technovids completion certificate if you meet the completion requirements. The standard AI for Business Professionals workshop also includes one. Check who qualifies and when it is issued for your programme; we do not promise every attendee a certificate within 48 hours.

A Technovids completion certificate shows you finished the programme. It is not an AWS, Microsoft or Google certification, and it does not guarantee that employers will recognise it or that you will be hired. Each certificate has a unique ID you can check on the Technovids website, using the instructions that come with it.

Some cloud programmes cover skills that match vendor certification objectives. Check the specific exam and its current syllabus when you enquire. Exam booking, eligibility, vouchers and fees are separate unless the written offer includes them, and training does not guarantee you will pass.

Talk about the delivery language when we plan. Teaching in English, and any explanation in Hindi or a regional language, should be confirmed with the trainer assigned. Not every programme or public batch is available in every language.

Learners in public batches get notes, assignments and lab guides on the Technovids LMS. Recordings are uploaded within 24 hours and stay available for three months. Materials for private workshops vary: AI for Business Professionals includes a prompt library, a Copilot cheat sheet, an adoption-roadmap worksheet and a starter usage-policy template. Confirm other company materials and how long you can access them in the proposal; a ready-made cloud lab is not automatically included.

Agree what success looks like: a finished task, a tested project, a better prompt or a practical task from someone’s role. Where it is in scope, before-and-after exercises and a shared marking guide help show progress. Confirm the assessment report, who sees it, privacy and the delivery date, rather than assuming there is a standard report or turnaround.

Public cohorts use the Technovids LMS for cohort discussions and learning materials, with three-month recording access. For private corporate workshops, LMS-based support can be arranged if required; scope and duration are agreed for the engagement. A trainer WhatsApp group, 30-day support or extended check-ins are not blanket inclusions.

You can ask about a refresher session that deals with questions people have after applying what they learned. Tell us the original programme, the gaps and what you want to achieve. Length, trainer availability and fees are agreed separately; there is no automatic discount or built-in right to a refresher.

A private learning journey can be scoped as multiple sessions with practice between them. Define milestones, participant workload, assessment and sponsor reviews around the intended capability. The number of sessions, delivery dates and support terms are agreed in the proposal.

You can plan an AI champions approach as part of your rollout: set their responsibilities, choose the right people, agree where problems go and create a way to share checked examples. Any workshop or ongoing support for champions needs its own agreed scope; it is not part of every course.

Banking and finance teams can work on scenarios for their roles, such as reviewing documents, drafting customer replies, fraud-analysis basics and automating tasks. Use approved made-up or anonymised data, and involve your compliance team where needed. Training is not regulatory approval and does not replace legal review.

Healthcare and pharma teams can look at suitable non-clinical tasks, help with literature reviews and the AI ideas that matter to them. Use approved practice data, never records that identify patients. Decisions on clinical use, privacy and regulation belong to your qualified reviewers; attending a course does not make you compliant.

IT services and GCC teams can choose developer, cloud, data and business-adoption tracks. Examples include LLM integration, evaluation, retrieval systems and AI-assisted delivery workflows. Scope practical tasks around the team’s stack and access constraints; do not assume all these topics fit one workshop.

Manufacturing teams can explore predictive-maintenance basics, quality tasks, supply-chain analysis and automating reports. We choose exercises based on the data you have, your people’s skills and the decision in question. A training example is not a claim about a real client project.

Yes. A group with mixed backgrounds can share the core ideas and do different exercises. Collect a skills profile first, find any gaps in prerequisites and decide whether separate technical and business tracks would work better. Confirm trainers and lab arrangements for any split track.
